The best EnsembleData alternatives for social data in 2026

- EnsembleData is the most expensive way on this page to get a social profile. An Instagram profile is $6.67 per 1,000 on its $100 plan, and only if you spend every unit every single day.
- Its units expire every day at 00:00 UTC. Skip a day and that day's share of your plan is gone. Pulling 10,000 Instagram profiles in one day takes the $1,400 Platinum plan; AnyAPI charges $10.00 for the same 10,000.
- Per profile, paying per request costs less than any EnsembleData plan. AnyAPI is $0.45 per 1,000 TikTok profiles and $1.00 per 1,000 Instagram profiles, against $0.93 and $2.80 on EnsembleData's $1,400 plan at full use.
- For raw data and credits that never expire, use ScrapeCreators. The only reasons to stay on EnsembleData are searching Twitch by keyword and finding YouTube Shorts by the song they use; nothing else here does either.

Every endpoint in this post is one call away. Pay per request in USD from a prepaid wallet, with automatic failover when a provider breaks. No subscription, no card to start.

EnsembleData is a social media data API for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, Twitch, X, and Snapchat. It prices every endpoint in its own units and sells plans as a number of units per day, and that daily limit decides whether it works for you.
- AnyAPI, ScrapeCreators, and TikHub: on September 27, 2026 I sent each the same 12 lookups: five TikTok profiles, five Instagram profiles, and two TikTok video lists, on accounts like
khaby.lame, natgeo, andnasa. - EnsembleData and Data365: priced from their own pricing pages the same day, not run.
- TikTok profiles: our endpoint answered about 32,000 lookups in the last 30 days, and its page shows live uptime and speed.

What makes a good EnsembleData alternative?
I'm assuming you pull TikTok and Instagram profiles and posts from code, and your volume changes week to week. Here's what I compared:
- Price per 1,000 profiles on TikTok and Instagram, at full use of any plan.
- What happens to volume you don't use, and whether a busy day is capped.
- Which platforms it covers, since you only need some.
I didn't test EnsembleData's response quality, because it wasn't run, or comments and search.
The best EnsembleData alternatives at a glance

AnyAPI | Uneven volume, priced per call | The same JSON fields for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit, Threads, and more, plus Google, LinkedIn, and any web page | No daily units to use or lose | $0.45 per 1,000 TikTok profiles, $1.00 Instagram |
ScrapeCreators | Raw objects that never expire | Raw data from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more | No rate limits | $47 for 25,000 credits |

Here's what a profile costs per 1,000, with EnsembleData's cheapest and dearest plans at full daily use (1 unit per TikTok profile, 3 per Instagram profile):
| Profile | EnsembleData Wood ($100) | EnsembleData Platinum ($1,400) | TikHub | AnyAPI |
|---|---|---|---|---|
TikTok | $2.22 | $0.93 | $1.00 | $0.45 |
Instagram | $6.67 | $2.80 | $1.00 | $1.00 |
EnsembleData (best for Twitch search)

EnsembleData pros:
- One fixed monthly price
- Keyword search on Twitch, and YouTube Shorts by song, which nothing else here has
- A free trial of 50 units a day, no card
- No units charged for failed requests caused by its own errors
EnsembleData cons:
- Units reset every day at 00:00 UTC, used or not
- An Instagram profile is three units, $6.67 per 1,000 on the $100 plan
- A busy day stops at the daily limit
EnsembleData covers
TikTok,
Instagram,
YouTube,
Threads,
Reddit, Twitch,
X, and
Snapchat: profiles, posts, comments, and followers.
Each endpoint costs units. Here's what the common TikTok and Instagram calls cost:
| Call | Units |
|---|---|
| TikTok profile | 1 |
| 10 of a user's TikTok posts | 1 |
| 30 TikTok comments | 1 |
| A full TikTok post | 2 |
| 100 TikTok followers | 2 |
| Instagram profile | 3 |
It's built for a job that pulls the same profiles every day. Even for that team the math is bad: used to the last unit, a TikTok profile only falls from about $2.22 per 1,000 on the $100 plan to $0.93 on the $1,400 one. Both are more than paying per request.
For anyone else, the pricing is absurd. Use the $100 plan on one day a month and you've paid $200 per 1,000 Instagram profiles. A job that needs 10,000 Instagram profiles on Monday and nothing the rest of the week doesn't fit any plan under $1,400.
Would I pay for it? Only to search Twitch by keyword, or to find YouTube Shorts that use a given song. Nothing else on this page does either.
EnsembleData pricing: Free trial 50 units a day; Wood $100 a month for 1,500 units a day; Bronze $200 for 5,000; Silver $400 for 11,000; Gold $800 for 25,000; Platinum $1,400 for 50,000; Diamond custom
AnyAPI (best for uneven volume, priced per call)

AnyAPI pros:
- TikTok and Instagram profiles below every EnsembleData plan's unit price
- No daily limit, so a month's lookups cost the same however they fall
- Returned 12 of 12 test lookups, with follower counts within 0.02% of ScrapeCreators' and TikHub's
AnyAPI cons:
- No Twitch
- Profiles have 13 to 15 fields, not everything the platform returns
AnyAPI is a catalog of data APIs you pay for per call. On social, it returns profiles, posts, and comments from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit, Threads, and more, with the same fields whichever source answers. The 12 test lookups would be 26 EnsembleData units:
| The 12 test lookups | Cost |
|---|---|
| EnsembleData Wood, at full use | $0.058 |
| EnsembleData Platinum, at full use | $0.024 |
| AnyAPI, charged | $0.0087 |
The gap is widest on Instagram, where a profile is three units.
curl https://api.getanyapi.com/v1/run/tiktok.profile \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $ANYAPI_KEY" \
-d '{"handle": "khaby.lame"}'The daily cap is where the two differ most. A month with 20,000 TikTok lookups costs $9.00 paid per request, however unevenly they fall; on Wood it's $100, and no single day can go past 1,500.
AnyAPI pricing: Pay per request with no plan; TikTok profile $0.45, Instagram profile $1.00, TikTok videos $0.70, X profile $0.22 per 1,000; starter balance at signup
ScrapeCreators (best for raw data that never expire)

ScrapeCreators pros:
- Credits that never expire, the opposite of a daily reset
- The platform's raw data, 64 fields on a TikTok profile in the test
ScrapeCreators cons:
- $1.88 per 1,000 on its $47 pack
ScrapeCreators returns what each platform returned, from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads, Pinterest, Truth Social, and link-in-bio sites.
If what bothers you about EnsembleData is the daily reset, use it: prepaid credits never expire and there are no rate limits. The best ScrapeCreators alternative tests it on the same accounts.
ScrapeCreators pricing: Free 100 credits; Freelance $47 for 25,000 credits; Business $497 for 500,000; credits never expire
TikHub (best for Chinese platforms and raw breadth)

TikHub pros:
- Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and more next to TikTok and Instagram
- A per-request price that falls with daily volume
TikHub cons:
- No card payments
- Four of the six endpoints tested get no volume discount
TikHub covers 16 platforms under one prepaid balance, from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Reddit to Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Kuaishou, and Bilibili. The TikTok, Instagram, and X profile lookups tested are $1.00 per 1,000.
Use it if you need Chinese platforms. The best TikHub alternative compares it on the same lookups.
TikHub pricing: TikHub charges $0.001 to $0.01 a request by endpoint; daily tiers down to 50% off; $5 minimum top-up
Data365 (best for enterprise feed collection)

Data365 pros:
- One credit per post
- Seven networks in one JSON shape
Data365 cons:
- €300 a month for one network
- Asynchronous start, poll, and fetch
Data365 returns feeds in one format from Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Reddit, Threads, and Pinterest. You start a collection task, poll its status, then fetch the result. It costs more to start than EnsembleData and is made for companies collecting whole feeds.
Data365 pricing: Basic €300 a month (one network, 500,000 credits); Standard €850 (three networks); 14-day free trial
Which EnsembleData alternative should you use?
- Searching Twitch, or YouTube Shorts by song: EnsembleData.
- Volume that moves, TikTok and Instagram at the lowest per-profile price: AnyAPI.
- The platform's raw data on credits that never expire: ScrapeCreators.
- Chinese platforms: TikHub.
- Whole feeds on a schedule: Data365.
The limits of this comparison
- EnsembleData's prices assume every daily unit is used.
- The TikTok video lists are priced at one unit per ten videos for the 21 each call returned.
For the other social data APIs, see the best ScrapeCreators alternative and the best TikHub alternative.
