• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, or building contact lists for them.
• Fake engagement: fabricated reviews, votes, followers, accounts, or coordinated disinformation.
• Harassment, threats, or incitement of violence.
• Child sexual abuse material in any form: zero tolerance; we report it to the relevant authorities.
• Violations of export-control or sanctions laws.

• Do not circumvent rate limits, metering, pricing, suspensions, or promotional limits, including by creating multiple accounts.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without our written authorization.

• Do not interfere with other customers' use of the Service.

We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, sandbox, suspend, or terminate access, without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service, its data sources, or others. Promotional credits are forfeited on termination for violation; unused purchased balance is handled under the Terms of Service. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement and cooperate with lawful requests.
