Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated August 28, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the AnyAPI Affiliate Program, described on our affiliate program page. By joining the program you agree to them. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
1. The program
The AnyAPI Affiliate Program lets you earn a commission for referring new customers to the AnyAPI Service. These Affiliate Terms govern your participation and are in addition to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which continue to apply to any AnyAPI account you hold.
Participation does not make you an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of AnyAPI Labs, Inc. You are an independent contractor and are responsible for your own expenses and taxes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. We may decline or remove any affiliate for any lawful reason, including where participation would conflict with applicable law or with a sanctions or export-control restriction.
You participate through your own AnyAPI account: you join from its dashboard, and your referral link, balance, and payouts all belong to it. Commission cannot be earned by an account against its own referrals, so you cannot refer yourself.
3. How referrals are attributed
You receive a unique referral link. When someone visits AnyAPI through your link, that referral is recorded in their browser for 60 days. If they begin funding an AnyAPI wallet within that period, the referral is recorded on their account at that moment, and the 6 month window starts then. It starts when they begin a top-up, not when they complete one, so a checkout they abandon still starts the window.
An account has one affiliate. The first affiliate recorded on an account keeps it: if the same customer later arrives through a different affiliate’s link, commission continues to be credited to the first. Once the referral is on the account, it no longer depends on the browser, so a cleared cookie or a different device does not end your attribution.
Attribution requires the referral to be present when the customer funds their wallet. We are not able to attribute a referral retroactively, and we do not credit referrals claimed by email after the fact.
4. Commission
You earn 10% of the amount charged for each qualifying top-up made by a customer you referred, for 6 months beginning when the referral is first recorded on their account. After 6 months, that customer’s top-ups no longer earn commission.
Commission is calculated on the amount actually charged, exclusive of taxes. Any promotional balance we add on top of a top-up, such as a top-up bonus, is not part of the charge and does not earn commission.
A top-up earns whether the customer made it themselves or their wallet topped itself up automatically against a saved payment method. The following do not earn commission: promotional or granted balance; balance added by us as a credit, comp, or refund; and top-ups on your own account or on any account you own or control.
5. Payment
Commission is earned when a qualifying top-up is paid and becomes available to withdraw 30 days later. That period exists so that a top-up which is refunded or charged back has its commission reversed before it is paid out. Until it matures, commission is not payable and may be reduced or reversed under the Reversals section below.
You choose in your AnyAPI dashboard whether to be paid in cash or in AnyAPI credit. Cash is the default. The choice applies to every payout you request after you make it, and you may change it at any time. Withdrawals are made on request and pay your entire matured balance.
- Cash. Paid to a payout account you connect through Stripe, which collects your identity and tax details directly and is subject to Stripe’s own terms. Your matured balance must reach $50 before a cash withdrawal can be made; below that it remains available and is not forfeited. Amounts are paid in whole cents.
- AnyAPI credit. Paid as balance on your AnyAPI account at 10% above the cash value of the commission. There is no minimum. Credit is not redeemable for cash, is subject to the balance terms in our Terms of Service, and is reportable income at its face value in the same way a cash payment is.
We may withhold payment of a commission that is under review for suspected fraud or breach of these terms, and we may withhold payment where a required tax form has not been provided.
6. Reversals
If a top-up is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the commission earned on it is reversed in proportion to the amount reversed; a top-up refunded in full reverses its commission in full. Where the commission has not yet been paid out, it is reduced or removed directly. Where it has already been paid out, we may recover it from commission you earn afterwards. If a chargeback is later resolved in our favour, the commission it reversed is restored. We may also reverse commission that was paid in error or that arose from a breach of these terms.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes on amounts you earn. Once your cumulative earnings in a calendar year reach $1,000, we will request a completed Form W-9 (if you are a U.S. person) or the applicable Form W-8 (if you are not). Earnings paid as AnyAPI credit count toward that total at their face value, alongside cash.
We may pause payouts until a requested form is received, and we may apply backup withholding or other withholding where required by law. Nothing here is tax advice.
8. How you may promote AnyAPI
You may write about AnyAPI, link to it, and describe what it does, provided your statements are accurate. You must disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required by law or by the rules of the platform you are posting on.
The following are prohibited and void any commission they produce:
- Referring yourself, or an account you own or control, directly or through another person.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, comment spam, or any promotion that breaches a platform’s rules.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, typosquatting, or any method that records a referral without a genuine, informed visit.
- Bidding on AnyAPI brand terms in paid search, or running ads that could be mistaken for our own.
- Misrepresenting AnyAPI’s pricing, capabilities, or availability, or offering rebates, discounts, or incentives we have not authorized.
- Registering domains, social accounts, or app listings that imply you are AnyAPI.
9. Term, changes, and termination
Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason, on notice to the email on your affiliate account. Commission properly earned before termination remains payable, except where the termination is for fraud or breach of these terms, in which case unpaid commission may be forfeited.
We may change the commission rate, the 6 month window, the payout terms, or any other part of this program at any time. Changes apply to referrals first recorded after the change; a referral already recorded keeps the terms in effect when it was recorded, for the remainder of its window. We may also suspend or close the program entirely, on notice.
10. Liability and contact
The limitations of liability, disclaimers, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service apply to these Affiliate Terms and are incorporated by reference.
