Data365 vs AnyAPI
Key findings
  • Data365 charges €300 a month before you make a call, and that buys one network. Three networks is €850.
  • A profile is nine credits, €5.40 per 1,000 on Basic, and each one takes three requests: start a task, poll it, fetch it.
  • The one job it's priced for is collecting whole feeds from one network on a schedule. A post is one credit, €0.60 per 1,000.
  • For profile lookups across networks, pay per request. AnyAPI is $0.22 to $1.00 per 1,000 profiles on X, TikTok, and Instagram, against €5.40 per 1,000 on Data365 Basic at full use.
  • For no plan at all, ScrapeCreators sells credits that never expire. EnsembleData starts at $100 a month and is the only one here that searches Twitch by keyword.

Data365 is the pick if you collect whole feeds from one network on a schedule. For profile lookups, the €300 monthly minimum is the bill.

Data365 is a social media data API sold to organizations that collect at scale: cybersecurity firms, monitoring tools, agencies, and universities. It returns the same JSON shape across seven networks, and it works asynchronously: you start a collection task, poll its status, then fetch the result.

How we know these vendors
  • AnyAPI, ScrapeCreators, and TikHub: the same 17 lookups on September 27, 2026: five TikTok profiles, five Instagram profiles, three X profiles, two TikTok video lists, and two Instagram post lists.
  • Data365: priced from its published plans and credit table the same day. Not run.
  • EnsembleData: priced from its pricing page the same day. Not run.

The best Data365 alternatives

What makes a good Data365 alternative?

I'm assuming you need profiles and posts from more than one social network in code, at a volume that doesn't fill a €300 plan every month. Here's what I compared:

  • What you pay to start: the smallest plan, and how many networks it reaches.
  • Price per 1,000 profiles and per 1,000 posts at full use.
  • How a request works: one call and an answer, or a task to poll.

I didn't test Data365's response quality, since it wasn't run, or comments and search.

Data365 (best for whole feeds from one network on a schedule)

Data365's pricing page in September 2026, 'Choose your monthly subscription': Basic at €300 a month for 1 social network and 500,000 credits a month, Standard at €850 for 3 social networks and 1,000,000 credits, and Custom pricing for up to 7 networks and 100,000,000 credits. Below, credit examples: 1 post is 1 credit, 1 post with comments 5, 1 search request 7, and 1 profile with info 9.
Data365's plans on September 27, 2026. The plan decides how many networks you can use; the credit table decides what each call costs.

Data365 pros:

  • One credit per post, €0.60 per 1,000 posts on Basic
  • The same JSON shape across seven networks
  • A 14-day free trial with no card, and payment by wire or card

Data365 cons:

  • €300 a month for one network, €850 for three
  • A profile is nine credits, €5.40 per 1,000 on Basic
  • Every request is a start, poll, and fetch

Data365 covers Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Reddit, Threads, and Pinterest. Your plan decides how many of them you can reach.

It's built for scheduled collection of whole feeds, and for that job the asynchronous design and the one-credit post are right. Its site says the data comes live from the source with no cache, and it claims 99.9% uptime.

What a call costs depends on what it fetches:

On Basic (€300 for 500,000 credits)CreditsPer 1,000
A post1€0.60
A post with comments5€3.00
A search request7€4.20
A profile with info9€5.40

If you need a single profile inside an app or an agent, the same design is three requests and a polling loop, and Data365's own guide puts a collection at about a minute on average. That's fine for a nightly job and awkward for a live one.

For anything but feeds, the pricing is hard to defend. 10,000 profiles a month across X, TikTok, and Instagram is the €850 plan on Data365, and at most $10.00 on AnyAPI.

Would I pay for it? Only to collect whole feeds from one network on a schedule.

Data365 pricing: Basic €300 a month (one network, 500,000 credits); Standard €850 (three networks, 1,000,000 credits); custom up to seven networks and 100,000,000 credits; a post 1 credit, a post with comments 5, a search 7, a profile 9; 14-day free trial

AnyAPI (best for profile lookups across networks)

AnyAPI's Instagram Profile API page in September 2026: a public profile for a handle with name, bio, category, follower and following counts, and avatar, called as POST /v1/run/instagram.profile, with 99.97% uptime over 29,517 calls in 30 days and a 2.3 second median response.
AnyAPI's Instagram profile page on September 27, 2026. One request returns the profile; there's no task to poll.

AnyAPI pros:

  • Profiles from $0.22 to $1.00 per 1,000 on X, TikTok, and Instagram, with no plan
  • Returned all 17 test lookups in one request each
  • Every network Data365 covers, plus YouTube, LinkedIn, and Bluesky, on one key

AnyAPI cons:

  • Collecting a large feed means paging through it call by call

AnyAPI is a catalog of 402 data APIs you pay for per call. On the social side that's Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Bluesky.

For profiles, paying per request is a fraction of Data365's credit price. All 17 lookups came back in one request each, with a 1.2 second median, for $0.011.

The same 17 lookups would be 183 Data365 credits, about €0.16 at Standard's rate, on an €850 plan:

Lookup (count)AnyAPI returnedData365 credits
TikTok profile (5)5 of 545
Instagram profile (5)5 of 545
X profile (3)3 of 327
Video and post lists (4)4 of 466, one per post
Total (17)17 of 17183

Posts are closer. AnyAPI's Instagram posts endpoint returns 12 posts for $0.0008 a call, about $0.066667 per 1,000 posts, but only when every call returns a full page.

curl https://api.getanyapi.com/v1/run/twitter.profile \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $ANYAPI_KEY" \
  -d '{"handle": "nasa"}'

If you collect whole feeds every night, Data365's one-credit post is built for that. If you look up profiles as they come, paying per request costs less.

AnyAPI pricing: Pay per request with no plan; Instagram profile $1.00, TikTok profile $0.45, X profile $0.22, Instagram posts $0.80, TikTok videos $0.70 per 1,000; starter balance at signup

What you pay to start: Data365's two published plans against 10,000 Instagram profile lookups paid per request, the dearest of the three profile endpoints. Data365 prices in euros, AnyAPI in US dollars.

ScrapeCreators (best for raw data with no subscription)

ScrapeCreators' pricing section in September 2026: Free $0 with 100 credits and up to 7,000 bonus credits, Freelance $47 pay as you go for 25,000 credits at $1.88 per 1k requests, Business $497 for 500,000 credits at $0.99 per 1k requests, and Enterprise custom for 1M+ credits. Every plan says credits never expire and no credit card required.
ScrapeCreators' packs on September 27, 2026. Most endpoints cost one credit, so the per-1,000 price is the pack price.

ScrapeCreators pros:

  • Credits that never expire, and no rate limits
  • The platform's raw data across 20-plus platforms

ScrapeCreators cons:

  • $1.88 per 1,000 on its $47 pack
  • Each platform's own shape, not one shared JSON shape

ScrapeCreators returns each platform's own object across 20-plus platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Threads.

It covers the same networks as Data365 without a monthly plan: a prepaid pack, one credit a request, and the platform's full data. The best ScrapeCreators alternative tests it on the same accounts.

ScrapeCreators pricing: Free 100 credits; Freelance $47 for 25,000 credits; Business $497 for 500,000; credits never expire

EnsembleData's pricing page in September 2026, 'Find the perfect plan': Free Trial at 50 units a day for $0 a month, Wood at 1,500 units a day for $100 a month, and Bronze at 5,000 units a day for $200 a month, each listing TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, Twitch, Twitter, and Snapchat.
EnsembleData's first three plans on September 27, 2026. Units are sold per day, and its FAQ says they reset at 00:00 UTC.

EnsembleData pros:

  • A fixed plan from $100 a month, every platform included
  • Keyword search on Twitch, which nothing else here has

EnsembleData cons:

  • Units reset daily at 00:00 UTC
  • An Instagram profile is three units, $6.67 per 1,000 on the $100 plan

EnsembleData covers TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, Twitch, X, and Snapchat, all on every plan.

It's the only one here that searches Twitch by keyword; AnyAPI's TikTok and Instagram profiles cost less than on any of its plans. The best EnsembleData alternative prices it.

EnsembleData pricing: Wood $100 a month for 1,500 units a day, up to Platinum $1,400 for 50,000; free trial of 50 units a day

TikHub (best for Chinese platforms and raw breadth)

TikHub's pricing page in September 2026: 'Social Media API Pricing: Simple, Transparent, Pay-As-You-Go', with a Free tier ($0, about 50 free requests, 10 requests per second, all 16 platform APIs), Pay-as-you-go at $0.001 to $0.01 per request with up to 50% volume discount and daily tiers starting at $0.001 for 0 to 1,000 requests, and Enterprise from $3,000 one-time.
TikHub's pricing on September 27, 2026. Each endpoint has its own unit price, and the daily tiers take up to half off it.

TikHub pros:

  • 16 platforms including Douyin and Xiaohongshu
  • Pay as you go, from a $5 top-up

TikHub cons:

  • No card payments
  • Four of the six endpoints tested get no volume discount

TikHub covers the Western networks at about $1.00 per 1,000 profiles, and what Data365 doesn't: the Chinese platforms, Douyin and Xiaohongshu among its 16. The best TikHub alternative compares it on the same lookups.

TikHub pricing: TikHub charges $0.001 to $0.01 a request, by endpoint; daily tiers down to 50% off; $5 minimum top-up

Which Data365 alternative should you use?

  • Whole feeds from one network, on a schedule: Data365.
  • Profile lookups across several networks, no plan: AnyAPI.
  • Raw platform data on credits that never expire: ScrapeCreators.
  • Searching Twitch by keyword: EnsembleData.
  • Chinese platforms: TikHub.

The limits of this comparison

  • Data365's prices assume every credit is used.
  • Data365 prices in euros and the others in dollars; the tables don't convert them.
